Thriving Territory is an Australian Not-for-Profit organisation that is committed to building a network of emerging and established leaders in the Northern Territory, and empowering them to reach their leadership potential.

Founded in 2022, Thriving Territory abides by
five key pillars.

    The achievements and increasing visibility of NT leaders

    NT leaders to existing leadership development opportunities through pathways.

    Conversations that supports NT leaders to step up and pursue leadership opportunities that builds confidence and capacity to lead change.

    Through partnerships with other organisations that share our belief that every Territorian deserves an opportunity to reach their leadership potential.

    For purpose ‘good will’ by encouraging leaders to go beyond their limits through an annual Leadership on Larapinta fundraising walk to fund leadership scholarships.

Thriving Territory is on a mission to connect with other leaders to fund a scholarship for a community leader in Central Australia to undertake the Australian Rural Leadership program in 2023.

Thriving Territory is excited to offer 12 leaders across Australia the opportunity to walk the iconic Larapinta Trail over 6 nights/7days.
